Alyssa Padron is committed to supporting diverse and cause-driven entrepreneurs toward economic equity across the national ecosystem. In addition Startup Operations consulting, since 2018 Alyssa has: led five cohorts and the national expansion of the SKU consumer goods accelerator to NYC and Minnesota; ran accelerators and alumni programming for Divinc as Austin Programs Director; hosted a 150+ diverse founder summit as Platform Director at Growth Warrior Capital, a black female led venture fund.

At Village Capital, she supports the ADAPT program, connecting diverse impact-driven founders with tools and resources for growth. In 2023, Alyssa was nominated for the Latinitas Volunteer of the Year award, and continues her commitment to her local community through Leadership Austin's Emerge class of 2024 and a Notley Fellow '23 alumni. In her spare time, she consults as a YNAB personal finance coach, Hubspot implementation, and is passionate about sustainable fashion. She lives in Austin with her partner, Roman, and their 1.5yo golden retriever, Roswell Spacedog.
